Move ("the App") is a driving theory test preparation app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

Local Data (Stored on Your Device Only)

The following data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers:

• Your selected language and license type
• Study progress and test scores
• App settings and preferences
• Virtual currency (Sparks) balance

This data remains on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Analytics Data (Anonymous)

We use PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data to improve the app. This includes:

• App interactions: Which screens you visit, buttons you tap, and features you use
• Device identifiers: A randomly generated anonymous ID to count unique users
• Basic device info: Device type, operating system version, and app version

This data is:

• Completely anonymous and cannot identify you personally
• Used solely to understand how the app is used and to improve it
• Never sold to third parties
• Never used for advertising

Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email, or contact information
• Your location
• Photos, files, or other personal content
• Any information that could personally identify you

Data Sharing

We share anonymous analytics data with PostHog solely for the purpose of analytics. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any other third parties.

Data Security

All data transmitted from the app is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). Local data is stored securely on your device.

Data Deletion

Local data: Uninstall the app to delete all local data.

Analytics data: To request deletion of your anonymous analytics data, contact us at privacy@move.games. Include your device type and approximate date you started using the app so we can locate and delete the relevant data.

Children's Privacy

The App is designed for users of driving age (16+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the app or our website.
