By downloading, installing, or using Move ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Move is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for the Israeli driving theory test. The App provides practice questions, study materials, and progress tracking features.

3. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

Important: The App is intended for educational and practice purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content based on official Israeli Ministry of Transport materials:

• The App is not an official government product
• The App does not guarantee passing the official theory test
• Questions and answers may differ from the actual test
• Traffic laws and regulations may change; always verify current requirements
• The official test is administered by the Israeli Ministry of Transport

We recommend using the App as a supplementary study tool alongside official materials.

4. Virtual Currency (Sparks)

The App includes a virtual currency called "Sparks" that can be earned through app usage or purchased.

• Sparks have no real-world monetary value
• Sparks cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred to other users
• Sparks are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify the Sparks economy at any time

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the App

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding official government materials), is owned by Move Games and protected by intellectual property laws. Question content is sourced from publicly available Israeli government materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Games shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or progress
• Failure to pass the official driving theory test
• Any errors or inaccuracies in the content
• Service interruptions or unavailability

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
